Rachel’s passion for her craft stems from the fourth grade when she wrote a paper entitled, “When I grow up, I want to be a Graphic Designer.” From that early vision, Rachel built a business where she ensures the infusion of creativity and purpose — Design with Direction™. A planner, strategist and motivational leader, Rachel has established the philosophy, direction and culture at Studio Graphique. With both operational and creative responsibilities, Rachel tackles the management of accounts, business development, marketing and supervision of all design projects.

That is Erica.

Erica often refers to herself as the “dabbler” since she moves from task to task throughout her week. With a degree in Communications and a passion for the black and white of numbers, she is able to do this with ease. The rest of the office relies on her juggling act to get those practical business things done like invoicing and keeping our certifications up to date.

It only makes sense then, that the most meaningful core value to Erica is balance. Keeping all the balls in the air, knowing where things are filed and managing a full personal schedule with two kids and volunteerism requires equilibrium.

Instinctive creativity. Builder of lasting relationships. Progressive. That is Gina.

In college, Gina first sought a degree in engineering. She quickly discovered she liked design much better than calculus. A brand guru and fanatic, she provides an experienced but original perspective to virtually every studio project related to graphic design. Leading or supporting the team, she applies her expertise to conceptual design, design development, artwork production, printed marketing collateral, packaging and website design. Gina is a skilled project manager, balancing team development goals with exceeding the needs of her clients.

That is Erin.

Going to art school in 4th grade didn’t inspire Erin to be a designer…not being able to go anymore did. From there, she couldn’t find enough ways to express her creativity. Whether sketching the characters of Shaker Square or developing brand systems for Fortune 500 companies, Erin approaches her work with a skilled and creative hand, and a sense of humor.

Creative problem solver. Human map. Fearless in the face of challenge. That is Cathy.

It took a sculpting class to uncover Cathy’s passion for three dimensional design. Now, she brings that zeal to each placemaking and wayfinding project at Studio Graphique. From conception to implementation, Cathy manages each environmental graphic design project while working with her creative branding team to ensure the best design strategy. She excels at research and planning for the next big project, and lecturing on topics related to environmental graphic design.

Architect turned designer. Hemispherically balanced. Knowledge sponge. That is Natalie.

If anyone has their finger on the pulse of the world, it is Natalie. Living in Cleveland, she is an active participant in many of the local happenings, especially Pop Up City and other arts events. She’s an avid reader of the news and all things design…and she absorbs it all. After completing architecture school and her internship, she realized her true passion was environmental graphic design. Two years of formal and self education later, she is working in her field and bringing tremendous value to her projects. It must be that left-brain, right-brain, sponge-brain balance that made her so good, so quickly.

Anti-procrastinator. Obscure website virtuoso. Compulsive leg-jiggler. That is Hilary.

Hilary has been involved in art ever since she could pick up a crayon. She took every art class available in high school (except ceramics… she’s very bad at ceramics), but knew art school was not for her. After her first semester in design school, Hilary knew she was right where she belonged and hasn’t moved since. Coming up with concepts and adding a touch of clever copywriting is her schtick.
